Research is revealing that all of our screen time is bad for us. One reason it’s bad for us is because it’s removing something good from our lives (being outdoors in nature).

Science is revealing that more time outdoors benefits humans: mentally, emotionally, and even physically.

When God created Adam and Eve, he didn’t place them in an office or a house or a city. He placed them in a garden with living things all around them: trees, grass, dirt, birds, animals, insects, sunshine, wind, rivers, etc.
