I don’t know about you, but I can be pretty self-focused, self-absorbed, and self-exalting. It’s pretty easy for me to make life all about ME (SELFIE)! … My needs … my wants … my desires … my ambitions … my dreams … my goals … my success … my comfort … my happiness … my fame … my status … my popularity … my position … my preeminence … my glory!
That “selfie” mindset and pursuit comes so natural to me and I know it does for you too.
Most men (even many Christian men … even many Christian leaders) are living a life all about selfie … but God has called us to pursue something much bigger and better than that, and that’s what I want to rip into for Part 2 of Death to Selfie.
This is some good solid spiritual meat with lots of practical application for you.
