A few weeks ago, Jason began a new series of talks about health and fitness entitled, Taking Care of the Temple … and on this episode he continues with that series by talking about The Benefits of Making Exercise a Life Habit …

 

Benefit #1 = It pleases God!

 

Benefit #2 = It helps me feel less pain, stress, anxiety, and depression!

 

Benefit #3 = It helps me detox!

 

Benefit #4 = It helps me combat cognitive decline!

 

Benefit #5 = It make me less susceptible to sicknesses and diseases!

 

Benefit #6 = It helps me sleep better and longer!

 

Benefit #7 = It helps me feel better about myself!

 

Benefit #8 = It helps me look attractive for my wife!

 

Benefit #9 = It’s a good example for my kids, future grandkids, my friends, the people I minister to, and non-believers.
