In this episode, Jason begins offering some helpful solutions to overcome depression. He specifically talks about the importance of Christian men knowing and often restating their new identity in Christ when they’re in the pit of depression.

#1 … I am unconditionally and eternally loved by my Heavenly Father. There’s nothing I can do to make Him love me more and there’s nothing I have done to make Him love me less. His love is always steadfast.
